The Very Rev. Harry E. Krauss is retired and assists with the liturgies and teaching. In addition, he serves on the committees for adult education, seminarian discernment, and the altar guild. He oversees the parish archives, involving parishioners, Grace Church School students, and the public in its use. Harry has an A.B. from The College of William and Mary and an M.Div. from Virginia Theological Seminary. He served 4 years as a captain in the US Army Signal Corps and was posted at the Pentagon; Qui Nhon, Viet Nam; and Fort Hood, Texas. With almost 50 years of ordained ministry completed, Harry was previously Dean of the Cathedral of Saint John, Providence, RI; Vicar of Saint Thomas Church, Fifth Avenue, NYC; and Rector of All Saints Church Wynnewood in suburban Philadelphia. Harry is an unrepentant bibliophile and loves wandering through museums and napping during Chamber music recitals. His husband is John Metcalfe, a renowned antiquarian horologist.
